School App

Edulink One is our new web portal and mobile phone app designed to make communicating with the school quicker and easier. It will be used by students, staff and parents and can be accessed, at any time, on both a computer and mobile phone. 

Using Edulink One you can do the following:

• See your child’s timetable, homework, extracurricular activities, behaviour and achievement points  
• Report your child’s absence 
• Contact the school 
• Receive important notices and updates from the school 
• Access ParentPay
• Update your contact information 

Students will be able to use Edulink One, outside of school, to see their timetable, extracurricular clubs, homework, behaviour and achievement points. 

Instructions on how to set up Edulink One are below. A letter was emailed to you in the last week of August containing your username and password. Please contact the school for these details if you need them. 

To download Edulink One onto your mobile phone:

1. Use the links itunes.apple.com or play.google.com, or search in the App or Play stores.

1. Enter the School ID, which is queensmead.
2. Enter your username and password

To set up Edulink One on your computer:

1. Go to https://www.edulinkone.com/ and enter the school’s code, which is queensmead. 
2. Enter the School ID, which is queensmead. 
3. Enter your username and password.
