Provider Access Statement
We are fully committed to meeting the requirements of the Provider Access Legislation (PAL) and the Careers Guidance and Access for Education and Training Providers statutory guidance, updated in May 2025. This ensures that all students in Years 7 to 13 have meaningful opportunities to learn from a range of education and training providers about approved technical education, apprenticeships, and academic pathways.
Our Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) programme is designed in line with the updated Gatsby Benchmarks, providing every student with high-quality, impartial careers support and exposure to employers, colleges, universities, and training organisations.
We actively welcome contact from providers and employers who can support our students to make informed decisions about their future education and career pathways. Opportunities to engage with our students include:
- Addressing a year group during assembly (08:30-0:900)
- Delivering a workshop about your industry, job role, or career route
- Speaking to students studying subjects linked to your sector
- Conducting mock interviews or employability sessions
- Taking part in our annual careers fair
- Offering work experience or job shadowing placements
- Hosting workplace visits or tours
We are committed to continually developing our CEIAG provision through collaboration with employers, education and training providers, parents, and the wider community.
