Remote Education Provision
Remote education should only ever be considered as a last resort where a decision has already been made that attendance at school is not possible, but students are able to continue learning.
We make every effort to ensure that students attend, to support their school experience, including for their attainment, wellbeing, and wider life chances.
However, we are able to provide remote education in exceptional circumstances to allow absent students to keep on track with their education and stay connected to their teachers and peers.
As a Google School, we are able to support students remotely, using e-resources such as Google Classroom and Google Drive. We also can use our virtual platform, Bromcom, to aid in supporting our students when working remotely.
For long term absences, we have a number of external companies that we work with: Academy 21, Purple Ruler, Springboard, and ASEND.
