As an academy for students aged 11 to 18 years we welcome students of all abilities. We set high expectations for all our students and this is demonstrated by the outcomes achieved.
These achievements are only possible with the hard work of students, the support of parents and the highly qualified and dedicated staff at Queensmead School.

Throughout my daughter’s time at Queensmead, I have been reassured that she was seen as an individual. Teachers have supported her to achieve her full potential and allowed her a supportive space to develop a strong set of skills and values. She carries with her essential skills for the future and some very fond memories.
Parent
I enjoy coming to Queensmead. There are clear rules that mean we all know where we stand and this makes lessons the best they can be. I have good relationships with my teachers and others who support my learning. The atmosphere in lessons can be serious, but it can also be a lot of fun.
Student
At Queensmead, I am surrounded by colleagues who are professional and who truly have the best interests of students at heart. Career progression is clear and is supported by good development and training. The students are vibrant and engaging and are an integral part of creating an atmosphere of respectful purpose.
